II Concurso de los Recreativos y los 16 Bits (Atari ST, Amiga y PC) a tu Spectrum

Sí, no ha pasado ni un solo día desde que sabemos quién ha sido el ganador de la primera edición, y ya tenemos la segunda aquí. Por varios motivos, el primero, por dar más tiempo a todos los participantes para terminar sus juegos. El segundo, porque sé que hubo gente que se quedo en el tintero, con ganas de presentar algo pero al final, por diversas razones, no pudo ser. Y el tercero, porque pienso que la novedad de incluir juegos de ordenadores de 16 bits como posibles conversiones a Spectrum es una novedad que puede ser bastante jugosa :)
Las reglas apenas van a cambiar, solo un par de cositas, así que os dejo ya con el resumen de lo que será esta II edición del concurso.

It has been less than a single day since we know the results of the first edition of the compo when we already have the second one in front of us!
For many reasons, like giving a longer deadline to the participants, allowing people who, in the end, were not able to participate in the first edition, but had something started, and, specially, because I think that the novelty of allowing conversions from the 16bit computers could result in a wider and bigger number of games appearing in the compo.
Most of the rules will remain the same, but I will let you all know everything, just in case (specially those few additional ones)

REGLAS

-Los juegos deben ser conversiones o versiones fieles al juego de recreativa o al juego de 16 bits.
-No hay limitación de memoria (16K - 128K), ni de lenguaje de programación.
-Para poder entregarse el premio en su totalidad, deberá haber al menos dos concursantes. De haber solo uno, el premio consistirá en la mitad (45€), más todas las donaciones, que se entregarán en cualquier caso.
-La fecha límite será el 28 de Diciembre de este año.
-Las donaciones permanecerán anónimas o públicas, en función de lo que decida la persona que dona para el premio.
-No podrán presentarse versiones mejoradas o actualizadas de juegos ya presentados o publicados en el I Concurso.
-Solo podrán convertirse los juegos de 16 bits que vienen indicados en el blog del Concurso.
-Los juegos podrán esta vez ser presentados antes de que termine el plazo del concurso, pudiendo ser, a su vez, publicados en otras webs sin problema antes de que acabe el plazo.
-Habrá una categoría adicional en las calificaciones finales, que será: "Dificultad de conversión", que servirá para determinar qué tan difícil es de pasar de recreativa o 16 bits a Spectrum el juego en cuestión.

-The game should be a faithful conversion from the original arcade or the 16bit computer.
-No limits regarding memory of Spectrum, nor language.
-In order to give the price, at least 2 games should be submitted in total. If its only 1, a price of 45€ plus all the donations will be given.
-Deadline is 28st December 2014
-Donations will be public or anonymous, depending on what the person who donates decides.
-Updates or improved versions of already presented games will not be able to participate.
-Only games listed in the Compo blog can be submitted.
-Games can be made public before the deadline, and published in other websites without a problem.
-There will be an additional category to grade, which is called "Conversión difficulty", that will judge how complicated was to convert the game from either coin op or 16bit computer to Spectrum.

PREMIOS

De momento el premio para el ganador será de 90€, y habrá una importante cantidad de regalos adicionales, tal y como sucedió en la primera edición. De momento ya tengo confirmados 3 juegos de Computer Emuzone Games Studio, y el juego de Spectrum "Wild Streets", aunque iré actualizando con todas las novedades que se sucedan en este aspecto, que seguro serán varias.

At the moment, the prize for the winner will be 90€, but there will also be an important amount of additional prizes, like in the first edition of the Compo. Right now I also have confirmed 3 games from Computer Emuzone Games Studio, and the Spectrum game "Wild Streets";  I will be updating the list of prizes.




Las actualizaciones serán, o al menos eso intentaré, una vez al mes, excepto cuando sea necesario por alguna razón realizar alguna con mayor frecuencia.
El jurado intentaré que sea al menos igual que el de la primera edición, consultaré con todos los tacañones :), que por cierto hicieron una labor excelente en la primera edición.

This time, updates will happen once in the month, except for when it is necessary to do it more often for any specific reason.
I will try to have the same members of the jury again. They did an excellent job in the first Compo.

La lista de los juegos que pueden ser convertidos para el concurso aparece a continuación.
Junto con el nombre del juego y otros datos, proporcionaré un link a la ficha del juego en Computer Emuzone (impresionante su labor acerca de los juegos españoles, visita totalmente recomendada), en donde en la gran mayoría de los casos aparece un link de descarga del juego (se necesitará DOS Box en la mayoría de casos, también). En aquellos juegos que sea posible, también os dejo un enlace con un video en YouTube del juego en cuestión.

Along with the name of the game, and some more basic information, I will also provide a link to the entry of the game in Computer Emuzone, where usually there is a link to download the game (You will need DOS Box in most of cases). In those games which I found one, I will provide a link with the YouTube video.
